PURPOSE: A waveform-conversion vibration-ultrasound tool horn in consideration of curvature in consideration of curvature, a non-destructive thermal image inspecting system using the same, and an inspection method thereof are provided to disperse vibration-ultrasound throughout a testing body in consideration of the curvature of the testing body by including various longitudinal vibration surfaces and various transversal vibration surfaces, thereby enhancing a defect detection capacity. CONSTITUTION: A waveform-conversion vibration-ultrasound tool horn in consideration of curvature in consideration of curvature comprises a body, a rear surface(110), longitudinal vibration surfaces(120), and transversal vibration surfaces(130). A cross section of the body is a circle or polygon. The rear surface is connected to a vibration-ultrasound excitation unit, thereby exciting vibration-ultrasound to the body.
