PURPOSE: A national control point measuring device using equidistant observation in a geodetic survey is provided to easily install a target object by attaching an attaching plate, in which a magnetic body is embedded, to a metal portion of the target object and firmly attaching the target object by increasing the magnetic force of the magnetic body. CONSTITUTION: A national control point measuring device using equidistant observation in a geodetic survey comprises a target object. The target object includes a connection member(100) capable of adjusting an angle, indicating unit(210) indicating the target object by being joined to the connection member, a frame joined to the other end of the indicating unit, and a reflective member composed of a reflective plate(230) where a control point is displayed. The connection member includes a support(110), an attaching plate(120), a lifting device, and a joining member(130).
