PURPOSE: A wireless recognition based non-cooperative dynamic frequency resource allocating method in a mobile cellular network is provided to reduce the number of spectrum changes to avoid co-channel interference between mobile base stations through spectrum allocation management. CONSTITUTION: A priority permutation is generated to select a channel(S10). The generated priority permutation is allocated to each mobile station. Co-channel interference is detected by using a wireless recognition function. If co-channel interference is detected, a channel in which interference is generated is changed to another channel(S20).
