PURPOSE: A paste composition for a low temperature-fired solar cell electrode is provided to lower constant resistance between a p-type spherical silicon semiconductor and an aluminum condensing plate and required energy amount.;CONSTITUTION: A paste composition for a low temperature-fired solar cell electrode comprises anno metal particles and micro metal particles as conductive particles. A method for manufacturing a condensing type spherical silicon solar cell comprises the steps of: applying the paste composition for a low temperature-fired solar cell electrode on a junction of a p-type spherical silicon semiconductor and an aluminum condensing plate through a screen printing method; and firing the coating material at 100 ~ 200°C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
