The present invention relates to a protein having antigenic activity against liver flukes, and more particularly, to an antigenic protein having enhanced sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis and treatment of liver flukes by producing proteins having antigenic activity against liver flukes, including sequences selected from all or parts of amino acid sequences selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID Nos. 1 to 4 of the present invention.
