PURPOSE: A system and a method for generating a user attending communication service are provided to collect open type communication services that a plurality of open type gateways provides, thereby enabling a service application server to supply the collected services. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of open type gateways provides wireless Internet intelligent call services. A service application server(110) collects and provides open type communication service information. A database(120) stores various data of open type communication service information and user information. A user shared terminal(130) connects to the service application server. The user shared terminal receives the open type communication service through the connected server.
