INFRARED RADIATION THERMOMETER OBSERVATION SYSTEM, CAPABLE OF SIMULTANEOUSLY CONFIRMING IMAGES AND THE TEMPERATURE OF AN OBJECT

PURPOSE: An infrared radiation thermometer observation system is provided to see images of a measurement object with unaided eyes in a dark state hard to confirm objects with eyes of human.;CONSTITUTION: An infrared radiation thermometer observation system(100) comprises an infrared radiator(3), a beam splitter, an infrared radiation thermometer(10), a sealing window, a CCD camera(2), and a sleeve(5). The infrared radiator radiates infrared rays to a measurement object. The beam splitter transmits 80% or greater of wavelengths of a 0.9μm band among the infrared rays reflected by the measurement object and reflects 80% or greater of wavelengths of a 1.55μm band. A substrate in which the beam splitter and control electric parts are mounted is embedded in the infrared radiation thermometer, and the infrared radiation thermometer measures the temperature of the measurement object by using the wavelengths of the 1.55μm band which are reflected by the beam splitter. The sealing window prevents the temperature and the pressure of the measurement object influencing on the measurement of the infrared radiation thermometer. The CCD camera obtains images of the measurement object at 0.001lux by using the wavelengths of the 0.99μm band which are transmitted through the beam splitter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Inner composition; (BB) Able to confirm an image and temperature of a measurement object by PC application software;
