Ship having fortified engine room for protecting crew from pirates

PURPOSE: A ship having an engine room is provided to escape sailors into an engine room and a steering gear room in order not to be overwhelmed when pirates trespass on board. CONSTITUTION: A ship having an engine room(100) comprises a steering housing(300) and a steering gear room(200). The steering housing collects sailing information for sailing a ship. An engine is arranged in an engine room. The steering gear room controls direction of a rudder. The engine room receives the sailing information collected in the steering housing and comprises an emergency control unit(120) for controlling sailing of the ship.
