PURPOSE: A pointer interface implementing method and a touch screen device for implementing the same are provided to implement a skin type interface layer including a pointer in a touch screen and to manipulate the touch screen by touching an arbitrary area of the touch screen without pointing or directly contacting an object to select, thereby drastically reducing input errors.;CONSTITUTION: A skin type interface layer including a pointer is outputted(S110).
