PURPOSE: A hyper-hydrophobic surface treating method and an evaporator with a hyper-hydrophobic surface are provided to reduce time required for treating and to easily form the hyper-hydrophobic surface on a surface of an article which is complicated and cubic.;CONSTITUTION: A hyper-hydrophobic surface treating method is as follows. A metallic base material is prepared(S10). A ceramic layer with a composite structure of a micro structure and a nano fiber structure is formed on a surface of the metallic base material by anodizing the metallic base material(S20).
