ROLL ROD FOR A VEHICLE, CAPABLE OF IMPLEMENTING EFFICIENT VIBRATION REDUCTION AND REDUCTION OF ACCELERATION PENETRATION SOUND AND OF BEING APPLIED TO AN R-MDPS VEHICLE WITHOUT CHANGE OF A LAYOUT
PURPOSE: A roll rod for a vehicle is provided to maintain existing vibration insulation performance by simultaneously reducing dynamic characteristics of a main bush while obtaining movement space of the roll rod in a sub frame by minimizing a size of an end plate.;CONSTITUTION: A roll rod for a vehicle comprises a rod bracket, a front insulator, and a rear insulator(30). The rear insulator comprises a mounting bracket(31), first and second main bushes(32,33), first and second middle plates(34,35), an end plate(38), a first sub bush(36), a second sub bush(37), and a penetration bolt(39). The mounting bracket is connected to a sub frame, and the first and second main bushes are installed at both sides of the mounting bracket. The first and second middle plates are individually arranged at the rear end and the front end of the main bushes. The end plate is arranged in the rear of the first middle plate. The first sub bush is attached to between the end plate and the first middle plate. The second sub bush is attached to between the front end of the second middle plate and the rod bracket. The penetration bolt penetrates from the end plate to the second sub bush and is connected to a connection nut(12) included in the rear end of the rod bracket.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
