The present invention relates to a bacteriocin cerein 13061 exhibiting host sensitivity to Bacillus and Listeriamonocytogenes and a composition for killing bacteria comprising the same as an active ingredient. Since bacteriocin serine 13061 of the invention exhibits bactericidal activity against Bacillus and Listeria monocytogenes with strong pathogenicity, it can reduce the economic loss of the food and livestock industry, and antibiotics resistant Bacillus and Listeria It can be used as an antibiotic substitute for monocytogenes.
