PURPOSE: An oil measuring and supplying device for measuring and supplying oil to the inside of a pulverizer is provided to retain extra oil which can be immediately supplied to the pulverizer in emergency situations by equipping an oil tank.;CONSTITUTION: An oil measuring and supplying device comprises an oil pipe connecting unit(210), an oil supply drive unit(220), an oil supply control unit(230), and an oil supplying unit(240). The oil pipe connecting unit produces measured oil values by measuring oil inside a pulverizer and supplies oil to the inside of the pulverizer according to the measured value. The oil supply drive unit receives oil supply signals corresponding to the measured oil values and drives oil supply. The oil supply control unit receives and outputs the oil measuring values from the oil supply drive unit and produces the oil supply signals to control oil supply.
