PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve light extraction efficiency by forming a thin film layer for micro-resonation at the inner part or the outer part of a first electrode.;CONSTITUTION: A light emitting unit(230) includes a first electrode(231), an organic light emitting layer(233), and a second electrode(235). The first electrode includes the first electrode of a lower part and the first electrode of an upper part. A thin film layer(250) is arranged between the first electrode of the lower part and the first electrode of the upper part. The thin film layer allows resonance of the light emitted from the organic light emitting layer. The thin film layer has holes.
