PURPOSE: A dual composite sheet and a construction method of the same are provided to improve waterproof performance by equipping waterproof layers into a regular thickness and to shorten the construction period by simultaneously constructing the waterproof layer and a protective sheet. CONSTITUTION: A dual composite sheet comprises a waterproof layer and a protective sheet in the upper part. The waterproof layer is made of a mixture of urethane and asphalt. The thickness of the waterproof layer is 1-4mm. The protective sheet comprises an asphalt layer applied on the top of a nonwoven fabric and a polyethylene film on the asphalt layer. After applying the coating, the primer on the surface of the structure in which foreign substances are removed. After a primer is applied on the surface of a structure from which foreign substances are removed, a waterproof layer is formed on the surface using a roller or a push bar, and the protective sheet is applied on the waterproof layer.
