FEED FOR THE BREEDING OF DUCK USING CULTIVATED MOUNTAIN GINSENG AND THE DUCK MEAT PRODUCED USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A forage for breeding ducks using mountain cultivated ginseng and a breeding method for ducks are provided not only to enhance pharmacological effects of the mountain cultivated ginseng by feeding the same to the ducks but to enhance preference by consumers by removing the unique smell of ducks. CONSTITUTION: A forage for breeding ducks is formed by mixing 5 wt% of formula feed with 95 wt% of general feed. The formula feed is manufactured by mixing 20 wt% of mountain cultivated ginseng, 15 wt% of dong quai, 15 wt% of acanthopanax, 10 wt% of aurantii nobilis Pericarpium, 10 wt% of malt, 10 wt% of Siberian chrysanthemum , 10 wt% of balloon flower, and 10 wt% of chinese yam; dry grinding and pulverizing the same. 200 g of the forage is fed to incubated ducks once a day until the ducks are shipped as meat-type ducks.
