PURPOSE: A water collecting and filtering type non-point pollution reducing apparatus is provided to collect final particulate pollutants in a filter by filtering soil and suspended materials using a screen. CONSTITUTION: A water collecting and filtering type non-point pollution reducing apparatus includes a water collecting part(20), a filtering part(30), and a filter supporting part(40). The water collecting part collects polluted water in one position where is placed at the upper part of a chamber. The filtering part drains filtered water. The filter supporting part supports the filtering part. The water collecting part includes a water collecting panel and a screen. The water collecting panel has an inclined surface. The screen includes a plurality of through holes and a screening bar.
