PURPOSE: A manual system for controlling the angle of a solar panel is provided to facilitate an operation by controlling the height of a supporter by hand. CONSTITUTION: A head part consists of a rotation connection member. A vertical frame is vertically installed to the rear part of a solar panel(A). A lower supporter(20) holds the load of the solar panel. An angle controlling device(30) adjusts the tilt angle of the solar panel. An angle fixing device(40) fastens the inclined solar panel.
