A METHOD FOR DISPLAYING ABNORMAL STATUS IN PLANT OPERATION MONITORING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An abnormal signal display method for monitoring industrial plant facilities is provided to prevent the expansion of failure by analyzing a signal of a detection sensor and rapidly checking a plant operation situation and a failure state. CONSTITUTION: A sensing means installed in facilities, devices, equipment comprising industrial plant facilities provides operation state information. The generation of abnormal signals is determined from the operation state information. When the abnormal signal is generated, a plant facility diagram by group is displayed on a monitor to monitor the facilities by grouping variation triggering components corresponding to the facilities which affects the generation of the abnormal signal among the facilities, the devices, and the equipment. The abnormal signal is tracked in a forward direction of the flow of the operation system to find an abnormal signal generating device, a variation triggering component providing an abnormal signal generating cause is found, and the abnormal device of the facility diagram is displayed.
