PURPOSE: A method using a micro-plate for measuring the concentration of TBARS(Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances) is provided to measure the concentration of TBARS in a biological material by using a regression equation based on a concentration value measured in the micro-plate by using fluorescence and absorbance.;CONSTITUTION: A method using a micro-plate for measuring the concentration of TBARS comprises: a step of generating the TBARS by adding TBA(Thiobarbituric Acid) to a biological material and reacting the same; a step of transferring a reactant including the TBA to the micro-plate; a step of measuring the concentration of the TBARS existed in the reactant on the micro-plate with a spectrophotometric method by using a micro-plate reader; and a step of estimating calculated value A as the concentration of the TBARS.
