PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing bioceramic pores for bone tissue regeneration and the pores manufactured by the same are provided to have an arranged pore structure with a size bigger than critical dimension required for bone regeneration and to compact a ceramic wall which constitutes bone regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing bioceramic pores for bone tissue regeneration comprises the following steps: manufacturing ceramic slurry by using bioceramic powder, a binder, a dispersing agent, and a frozen medium; arranging the pores through extrusion molding after freeze molding the ceramic slurry at a freezing point of the frozen medium; primarily heat treating the extruded molding products; and secondarily heat treating the same after removing the frozen medium by freeze drying. The bioceramic powder is selected from a group consisting of hydroxyl apatite, fluoridated hydroxyl apatite, tricalcium phosphate, biphasic calcium phosphate, alumina, zirconia, silica, and bioglass.
