PURPOSE: A metal-injected wood composite with high performance and safety for a floor radiation heating system is provided to improve hardness, warpage resistance and abrasion resistance and to ensure high dimensional stability by injecting harmless and safe low-melt alloy into wood. CONSTITUTION: A metal-injected wood composite with high performance and safety for a floor radiation heating system is formed by injecting safe low-melt alloy harmless to the human body into wood in the treatment conditions of the pressurizing pressure of 5-50kgf/cm^2, treatment temperature of 79-186C, treatment time including exhaust time of 10 minutes and pressurizing time of 2.5 -10 minutes. The metal-injected wood composite has beautiful patterns of wood.
