PURPOSE: A method and a device for measurement of radon in underground water using in-line sampling are provided to prevent the leakage of radon caused during transfer of a sample and to minimize a measurement error due to the increase of radon produced from radium included in underground water. CONSTITUTION: A method for measurement of radon in underground water using in-line sampling is as follows. Underground water is sampled by connecting a housing, which is embedded with a time integration type measuring device, to a facility using underground water. The radon concentration of an air layer in the housing is measured. The radon concentration of underground water is calculated by substituting the measured value for a specific equation.
