PURPOSE: A system for automatically measuring a withstand voltage and a resistance about the multi-channel thermistors is provided to automatically classify a good product and a defective product after automatically measuring a withstand voltage and a resistance about multiple NTC thermistors in a short time using a water tub and a multi-channel jig. CONSTITUTION: A jig for measurement(400) loads multiple thermistors which are measurement targets. A digital multi-meter(300) successively measures the resistances about the multiple measurement target thermistors and then delivers the measured resistance value to a control PC(100) through a communication interface(210). A withstand voltage tester(500) applies a withstand voltage, measures the leakage current of the thermistor, and delivers to the control PC. The control PC controls the overall operation of the system. A control box(200) connects or disconnects the withstand voltage tester or the digital multi-meter and the thermistor which is loaded in the jig for measurement by communicating with the control PC, receives the test results from the digital multi-meter and the withstand voltage tester, and delivers to the control PC.
