SELF-LEVELING RAPID HARDENING POLYMER CEMENT MORTAR COMPOSITE HAVING WATERPROOF FUNCTION AND ROAD REPAIRING METHOD USING THE COMPOSITE

PURPOSE: A polymer cement mortar composition in a rapid curing type with self leveling property is provided to facilitate construction as liquidity is excellent by having optimal ratio of a rapid curing type inorganic binder and a polymer compound and to harden in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: A polymer cement mortar composition in a rapid curing type with self leveling property comprises 20-60 weight% of a rapid curing type inorganic binder; 20-60 weight% of fine aggregate; and 1-30 weight% of a polymer compound. The polymer compound contains 75-99 weight% of acryl emulsion; 0.1-10 weight% of polyethylene glycol and mono-methacrylate; 0.1-10 weight% of polyethylene acrylate; 0.1-10 weight% of polystyrene acrylic ester latex; and 0.01-5 weight% of polyvinyl acetate. The rapid curing type inorganic binder contains 20-90 weight% of Portland cement; 5-50 weight% of calcium sulfo aluminate; 0.1-20 weight% of alumina cement; 0.1-20 weight% of blast-furnace slag; 0.1-20 weight% of metakaolin; and 0.1-10 weight% of plaster. The rapid curing type inorganic binder further includes 0.01-5 weight% of aluminum powder to curb contraction by cement.
