PURPOSE: A weaving structure of a woven fabric of high water permeability for civil engineering is provided to maintain high rupture strength and water permeability. CONSTITUTION: A weaving structure of woven fabric of high water permeability for civil engineering is woven with a weft and a warp which are a synthetic filament. The weaving structure has a woven part which is woven with a warp and a weft, and a wing part which is woven by a weft and a selvage. In the woven part, a first warp(20) is placed under a first weft and a second warp(21), a third warp(22), and a fourth warp(23) are placed at the upper portion in a first weft direction(10). The wing part has a plain weaving structure by alternating the weft and the selvage. One end of the wing part is stitched using a thread.
