PURPOSE: A boundary block with a snow melting solution injection function and a boundary block system with the same are provided to reduce installation costs by installing a snow melting solution injection head inside the boundary block. CONSTITUTION: A boundary block with a snow melting solution injection function comprises a block body(10), a snow melting solution supply pipe(20), a snow melting solution injection head(30), an automatic valve(40), a valve control unit(50), and a cable(60). The block body comprises an injection head mount, a finishing cover, and an insertion hole. The injection head mount is open toward a roadway. The finishing cover finishes the injection head mount and has an open hole for injecting a snow melting solution. The insertion hole penetrates through the injection head mount. The snow melting solution supply pipe is inserted into the insertion hole of the block body and supplies a snow melting solution to the roadway. The automatic valve is installed between the snow melting solution supply pipe and injection head and is automatically powered by an external electrical signal. The cable is electrically connected to the valve control unit through the insertion hole of the block body and supplies power to the valve control unit.
