Cosmetics prepared using a mixture of ethanol, water, and glycerin as a solvent

PURPOSE: A make-up cosmetic composition containing make-up powder, binders, certain additives and a mixture solvent of ethanol, water, and glycerine is provided to prevent crack generation on the product surface and to ensure excellent moisturizing ability and soft texture. CONSTITUTION: A make-up cosmetic composition contains 60-70 wt% of make-up powder and binder mixture, and 30-40 wt% of a mixture solvent of ethanol, water, and glycerine. The mixture solvent contains 60-80 wt% of ethanol, 15-30 wt% of water, and 1-10 wt% of glycerine. The make-up powder is talc, mica, sericite, silica, nylon powder, polymethyl methacylate(PMMA), urethane, boron nitride, titanium dioxide, or zinc oxide. The binder is silicone-based oils, hydrocarbon-based oils, ester-based oils, glyceride oils, lanolin-based oil, or vegetable oils.
