PURPOSE: A parking lot sharing system with a smartphone is provided to enable a vehicle owner to efficiently share a limited parking lot by utilizing position information based map data which is received from a parking control server.;CONSTITUTION: A parking lot sharing system includes a vehicle owner terminal (20), a manager terminal (30), a parking control server (10), and a towing vehicle terminal (40). The parking control server registers the parking surface information of a resident priority parking lot. The parking control server generates the parking guide information about the resident priority parking lot based on the parking surface information and global positioning system (GPS) information. The vehicle owner terminal is connected to the parking control server and displays the parking guide information. The parking surface information, which is selected by a vehicle owner with a one-touch method, and the personal information of the vehicle owner are transmitted to the parking control server. The vehicle owner terminal includes a GPS speed detection algorithm or a unique frequency detection algorithm and detects an acceleration value or a unique frequency value of a vehicle on a predetermined parking surface.
