PURPOSE: An idle roller assembly of a conveyor belt used for a coal handling system is provided to minimize the friction resistance between a shaft and an idle roller or between the idle roller and a belt.;CONSTITUTION: An idle roller assembly of a conveyor belt used for a coal handling system comprises first and second bushing bearings (130,140) formed in a cylindrical shape. The first bushing bearing is inserted into a shaft (110), and a first snap ring (101) is fastened to the shaft to support the outer surface of the first bushing bearing. The second bushing bearing inserted into the shaft is located at the outer side of the first bushing bearing and touches an idle roller (120). A second snap ring (102) is fastened to the idle roller and is rotated with the idle roller. The second bushing bearing cuts off the flow of coal through the rotation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
