PURPOSE: An advanced sewage-wastewater treatment system and a method are provided to reduce the energy used in a process remarkably since a pressure is not applied to a membrane in use at the time of separation and to prevent a membrane entanglement phenomenon since the degree of membrane contamination generated by a pollution source water flowed in is not serious. CONSTITUTION: An advanced sewage-wastewater treatment system comprises a normal osmosis module (300): an induced solution separating apparatus (400), and an ammonia removal apparatus (500). A normal osmosis module is installed at a rear end of the first precipitation tank (200) which treats the inflow water flowed through a settling basin (100) by the first precipitation. A normal osmosis module comprises an inflow water part (310) in which the first processed water treated in the first precipitation tank is flowed in, a membrane (320) passing the water only in the first processed water due to a normal osomosis phenomenon by an osmotic pressure difference, and an induced solution part (330) in which an induced solution inducing an osmotic pressure difference at the boundary of a membrane. An induced solution separating apparatus separates an induction solution and water from a diluted induction solution which is discharged from an induction solution part of a normal osmosis module, supplies the separated induction solution again to an induction solution part of a normal osmosis module, and discharges the separated water to outside.
