PURPOSE: A food hygiene management system is provided to automatically manage the whole CCP/CP process according to a school feeding hygiene management guideline. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal (100) classifies the whole CCP/CP process and records a set of information for each step according to field input in real time in order to prevent the double work of the recording. The user terminal includes a management unit which manages the recorded information; an output unit which outputs the recorded information; a connection unit which uploads and downloads the recorded information by connecting an external system; and a monitoring unit which monitors a state based on the temperature measurement value of each kitchen tool. A management server (200) includes a database unit, which analyzes and stores the information inputted from the user terminal and the information received from each kitchen tool, and a data communication port unit which transmits the temperature measurement value and the time information of the temperature measurement value to the user terminal according to a transmission period.
