PURPOSE: A weight of an exercise device is provided to reduce the volume of the exercise device through the hinge-rotation of the weight.;CONSTITUTION: A weight of an exercise device comprises a support frame (10), a first rotating disk, a first band type connection part (30), a second rotating disk (40), a rotary part, a weight (70). The first rotating disk is horizontally installed in the support frame and is connected to the exercise part of an exercise body. The first band type connection part is pulled or released in the rotating direction of the rotating disk. The first band type connection part is pulled or released forward or reversely when the first band type connection part is pulled or released. The rotary part is installed in the fixed shaft which is horizontally installed in the first bracket and second bracket (12) of an assist frame (13) to rotate in the same direction as the rotating direction of the second rotating disk when the second rotating disk rotates.
