PURPOSE: A windshield of a gas oven for an outdoor is provided to reduce a heat loss in a cooking, and to cook a food easily regardless of a place with a combustion heat of the gas oven.;CONSTITUTION: A windshield of a gas oven for an outdoor comprises the following steps: multiple middle plates (3) are hinge-combined between a first plate (1) and a second plate (2); the windshield surrounds nearby the gas oven; and the first plate and the second plate are detached mutually by using any one between a velcro and a magnet. The velcro is installed in a contact part between the first plate and the second plate. A hanger part (11a) of the velcro is adhered to an installation groove formed on the first plate.
