Composition for coating the artificial denture teeth and manufacturing method of artificial denture teeth using the composition

PURPOSE: A composition for dental implant and a manufacturing method of the dental implant using the same are provided to show coloration effect on the dental implant consisting of ZrO2 and to display similar color to natural teeth. CONSTITUTION: A composition for dental implant comprises 1-5 wt% of CaCO3, 80-95 wt% of Fe2O3, 1-5 wt% of NiO, 1-5 wt% of Cr2O3 and 1-5 wt% of Na2O. The composition for dental implant additionally includes 0.01-5 wt% of Al2O3, P2O5, bi2O3, K2O, MgO, ZnO, cuCO3 or MnO2. The composition for dental implant additionally includes 0.01-5 wt% of CeO2. The composition for dental implant constitutes a surface layer of the dental implant consisting of zirconia. A manufacturing method of the dental implant comprises the following steps: manufacturing typodont; converting the coordinator of typodont exterior surface obtained by scanning into CAD/CAM data; processing zirconia by using three dimensional miller and making the outer shape of the dental implant which matches with the dentition structure; forming the composition for the dental implant by mixing 1-5 wt% of CaCo3, 80-95 wt% of Fe2O3, 1-5 wt% of NiO, 1-5 wt% of Cr2O3 and 1-5 wt% of Na2O; coating the outer shape of the dental implant with the composition for the dental implant; and heat treating the outer shape of the dental implant.
