PURPOSE: A damper with a locking device for fire prevention and air volume control of a building ventilation duct is provided to open and close the opening-and-closing blades while easily adjusting the angles of the blades, thereby easily installing the damper.;CONSTITUTION: A damper (100) for fire prevention and air volume control of a building ventilation duct comprises a damper case (110), a plurality of opening-and-closing blades (130,130'), an operating bar (150), an angle adjusting display member (160), an angle adjusting handle unit (180), an angle adjusting lever (170), and a locking device (200). The damper case is installed in between the ventilation ducts. The opening-and-closing blades are fixed respectively to a plurality of rotary shafts (120,120') and open and close an internal passage of the damper case. Both ends of the rotary shafts are protruded on both lateral surfaces of the damper case to be rotatable. The operating bar operates a plurality of opening-and-closing blades installed inside the damper case to be interlocked. The angle adjusting display member is fixed onto one side of the lateral surface of the damper case by a medium through a plurality of screws. The angle adjusting display member includes a through-hole in the center so that one end of the rotary shaft penetrates through the through-hole. A plurality of angle adjusting holes is formed so that an opening-and-closing angle of the opening-and-closing blades under the through-hole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
