PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing anatase titanium dioxide nanopowder is provided to prevent accidents induced by abrupt reaction during manufacturing, to simplify the manufacturing process, and to reduce the manufacturing time, thereby mass-producing anatase titanium dioxide in a uniform sub-10 nm size.;CONSTITUTION: An apparaturs for manufacturing anatase titanium dioxide nanopowder (4000) comprises a first vessel (4100) and a second vessel (4200). The first vessel includes a first inflow pipe (4110) and an outflow pipe (4120), and contains TiCl4 solution. The second vessel contains water and is separated by an ion exchange membrane (4230) into a first region (4210) and a second region (4220). The first region includes a second inflow pipe (4240) and a titanium electrode (4213). The second region includes a platinum electrode (4223). The interiors of both the first and the second vessels are in a nitrogen atmosphere. The bottom of the second vessel is contained in a cooling part (4250). A churner (4211) is installed on the first region of the second vessel. As nitrogen flows in, TiCl4 solution contained in the first vessel moves to the first region of the second vessel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
