ORGANIZATION CREATIVITY SIMULATION SYSTEM USING NETWORK STRUCTURE AND COMPLEXITY OF TASK

PURPOSE: An organization creative simulation system using a network structure and the complexity of a task is provided to promote the originality and performance of an organization by simulating the results and originality of the organization and by using a PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm. CONSTITUTION: Initial values including the number of organizational teams, the number of multi-agents, the complexity of a task and a network structure are inputted. The initial values are established according to established simulation repetition numbers. The information for the complexity of the task, the network structure, and organization results is calculated based on the established initial values.
