PURPOSE: A concrete composite wall construction method is provided to hold the position of an insulator and to effectively prevent energy loss by installing a composite form tie for connecting a sandwich wall panel. CONSTITUTION: A concrete composite wall construction method comprises the following steps: pre-assembling and installing an insulator(110) and a composite connecting material between an euro form(210) and a gang form(220) for installing to the external wall of a building; interconnecting the gang form and euro form by a composite form tie and passing the composite form tie(400) through the insulator; and forming a concrete wall by pouring concrete(C) between the euro form and gang form.
