PURPOSE: A rice cake steaming device and a rice cake steaming system including the same are provided to reduce the time for making a rice cake by employing a heating chamber capable of producing steam within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A rice cake steaming device comprises a heating chamber(130) which is supplied with water from a storage chamber(120), heats the water, and receives a predetermined amount of water again when the inside is evacuated, a rice cake container(140) which accommodates ingredients of rick cakes and draws in steam to provide heat to the ingredients, a holder unit(150) which is located across a body to place the rice cake container, and a guide unit(160) which guides the steam generated from the water vaporized in the heating chamber to the holder unit and discharges the steam to the inside of the rice cake container set on the holder unit.
