PURPOSE: A biomarker for identifying the expression of a gene relating to cancer cell migration is provided to monitor benzaanthracene, benzokfluoranthene, and indeno(1,2,3-c,d) pyrene and to determine cancer metastasis. CONSTITUTION: A DNA microarray chip for identifying the expression of a gene relating to cancer cell exposure by benzaanthracene, benzokfluoranthene, and indeno(1,2,3-c,d) pyrene contains oligonucleotides having entire or 18-30 nucleic acid sequences of the gene or complementary molecules of the oligonucleotides.
