PURPOSE: A pretension manufacturing device removing a stress transmission length section and a manufacturing method for a prestressed structure using the same are provided to be applied to a structure in which moment is largely generated on a member end by removing a stress transmission length with a transfer length (TL) anchoring device and completely applying effective prestress on a member end.;CONSTITUTION: A pretension manufacturing device removing a stress transmission length section comprises a bed (45), a fixed end post (41), a movable end post (42), a tendon (10), a TL anchoring device (30), and a load transmission bolt (50). The fixed end post is vertically installed about the bed in one end in a longitudinal direction of the bed. The movable end post is vertically installed about the bed on the other end in the longitudinal direction of the bed. A movable end of the tendon is connected to the movable end post by a medium of a tensioning device (43) and a movable end anchoring device (44). The TL anchoring device includes a wedge, a head, an anchoring plate, and a connection hole and anchors the tendon. One end of the load transmission bolt is fixed to the TL anchoring device, and the other end is fixed to the fixed end post. The load transmission bolt connects the fixed end post and the TL anchoring device and transmits a compressive force of the tendon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
