Cooling Member of Improved Cooling Efficiency and Battery Module Employed with the Same

PURPOSE: A cooling member is provided to improve cooling performance of a battery module by easily attaching an upper plate and a lower plate with a first conduit. CONSTITUTION: A cooling member(70) comprises a heat-conducting medium, and a coolant conduit. The heat-conducting medium is in an upper part or a lower part of a battery module of a battery pack, and consists of an upper plate(60) and a lower plate(50) which are separated from each other. The coolant conduit consists of a hollow structure in which a coolant flows, and consists of a first conduit(40) mounted to between the upper plate and the lower pate, and a second conduit in a front side and/or a rear side of the battery module or the battery pack, connecting to the first conduit.
