PURPOSE: A humidifier for an energy reduction type using sunlight is provided to save energy, to prevent an environmental contamination by using a clean energy, to provide a pleasant indoor environment through an air clean and a humidity control of an indoor by using sunlight. CONSTITUTION: A humidifier for an energy reduction type using sunlight comprises a main body(110), a solar cell(120), a storage battery(130), a water tank(140), an atomizer(150), and a water-vapor supply route(160). In the main body, an exhausting part(111) which discharges a steam for a humidification is prepared. The solar cell is installed at an outer side surface of the main body, and the sunlight is converted into electricity. The storage battery is installed at the main body in order to store electricity transformed from the solar cell The water tank is installed within the main body, and water is filled. The atomizer operates by electricity supplied from the storage battery, and atomizes water supplied from the water tank. The water-vapor supply route supplies a vapor atomized by the atomizer to the exhausting part.
