PURPOSE: An electrical intestine rinsing method and apparatus is provided to minimize noise from the cross section of three materials and to increase accuracy and effectiveness of diagnosis according to the rearrangement of brightness of voxel by using composition ratio of air and a granulate salted material, air and an inner wall of intestine, and the inner wall of intestine and granulate salted material. CONSTITUTION: An electrical intestine rinsing method using an electrical intestine rinsing apparatus comprises a step (S210) of obtaining 3-dimentional volume data by the CT technique, a step (S220) of dividing the air area and the granulate salted material within the intestine from the volume data, a step (S230) of calculating a composition ratio of the air and the granulate salted material, a composition ratio of air and the intestine inner wall, and a composition ratio of intestine inner wall and the granulate salted material according to individual voxel of the intestine inner wall, a step (S240) of calculating a relative composition ratio of air, the granulate salted material, and the intestine inner wall by using the calculated composition ratio, and a step (S260) of performing the electrical intestine rinsing by setting the brightness of voxel by using the relative composition ratio.
