PURPOSE: Brain function improvement system and operating method thereof are provided to train recognition capability by analyzing injury by segmenting a unique function of brain. CONSTITUTION: A brain function improvement contents storage unit (10) segments contents judging a degree of brain function activity of human into a plurality of classified domains and levels and stores the contents. A contents discrimination unit (20) discriminates the contents stored in the brain function improvement contents storage unit in consideration of a status of user according to a predetermined classification method into the each domain. The contents discrimination unit changes the contents into score in consideration of a weighting factor according to the level. An achievement judgment unit (40) grants a degree of achievement of a user according to an obtained score according to a delivered feedback with respect to the contents discriminated by the contents discrimination unit. A contents modification control unit (30) controls a level of the contents discrimination unit and discriminates the contents.
