The present invention is a polysiloxane as the main dispersant -poly (ethylene / propylene glycol ) graft copolymer and the secondary dispersing agent as relates to a dispersant composition for a carbon nanotube containing a polyethylene glycol-based compound . The state in the dispersing agent constitutes the main chain of a polysiloxane copolymer of poly ( ethylene / propylene glycol ) constitutes a side chain of the copolymer . When the carbon nanotubes treated with a dispersant composition of the present invention, various polymer and melt-kneading the carbon nanotubes are uniformly dispersed in the polymer can be made conductive and various physical and mechanical properties are significantly modified masterbatch or polymer composite material of the compound type there .
