PURPOSE: A device to insulate an injection molding cylinder and to control a temperature is provided to efficiently control the temperature by cooling each parts of the cylinder according to the need using air without using a separate refrigerant such as cooling water, cooling oil, or nitrogen gas. CONSTITUTION: A device (100) to insulate an injection molding cylinder and to control a temperature comprises a cooling air supply member (110), an insulation member, a cooling air control valve (140), an air outlet (150), a main control unit (190), a cooling air dispersion member (120), a cooling member (160), an exhaust ventilation member (170), and an exhaust selection control valve (180). The cooling air is supplied from an air supply pipe (113) for cooling to a lower side of the insulation member. The main control unit has a function to control an inhalation selection valve (112) and an exhaust selection valve in order to have a predetermined temperature distribution.
