ECO-FRIENDLY POWDERY PAINTS AND LUMINAIRE USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: An eco-friendly powdery paint is provided to improve physical strength, electric performance, photoreflection, antifouling, deodorizing, air-purifying, and sterilizing performance, and to exclude harmful solvent by replacing a liquid paint with the powdery paint. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly powdery paint comprises 41-50 wt% of polyester, 11-20 wt% of a bisphenol-A diglycidylether polymer, 1-10 wt% of a titanium dioxide, 1-10 wt% of an oxide, and 30-40 wt% of an aluminum oxide which is a heat radiating filler. The oxide is manufactured by mixing a first coating solution including 400-6,000 ppm of titanium oxide, 1500-2500 ppm of copper, 1200-1700 ppm of zinc, and 10-20 ppm of silver; a colloidal second coating solution including 800-1200 ppm of gold; and a colloidal third coating solution including 800-1200 ppm of platinum.
