PURPOSE: A skirt fixing apparatus for a material conveyor is provided to increase a fixing force between the side wall of an anti-dust cover and a skirt, and to improve the airtightness of the skirt closing a gap between the belt and the side wall.;CONSTITUTION: A skirt fixing apparatus for a material conveyor includes a first support (210), a second support (220), a pushing unit (230), a fixing part (240), and an elastic member (250). The top of the first support outside the side wall of an anti-dust cover (30) is fixed to the upper side of the side wall, and the bottom of the first support is oppositely is separated from the lower side of the side wall. One side of the second support outside the first support is fixed to the bottom of the first support, and the other side of the second support is oppositely separated from the bottom of the first support. One end of the pushing unit penetrates the bottom of the first support, and the other end of the pushing unit penetrates the other side of the second support. The pushing unit slides toward the lower side of the side wall. The fixing part at one end of the pushing unit fixes the outer upper side of a skirt. The elastic member is inserted into the periphery of the pushing unit. One end of the elastic member is supported by the other side of the second support, and the other end of the elastic member is supported by the inner side of the pushing unit.
